Excellent text, ideal case examples
By MDRPSYPEP
Text is excellent and the many cited examples are ideal. The layout and table of content is logical. It is a text that is easy to read. The topics, and supporting material makes for a complete text. It provides a building block and the foundational material allows the layman in an ADR program to quickly come up to speed.
