Generally good, but could be better

This problem book has a wide variety of fact patterns containing a variety of important evidential issues and what you would want out of a book like this. My only issue with it, having used this in practical application in a trial advocacy law course, is that the fact patterns are often very brief, one or two pages, and it is difficult to get a real aspect on some of these cases and the issues in them without the whole case. I have also utilized books that have complete fact patterns, and through the course of a trial ad class we would break down various sections of the same case, allowing access to the other affidavits, depositions, exhibits, etc that allowed for more complete testimony.
If you have specific issues that you want to hit on, admission of tangible evidence, impeachment by inconsistency, etc, etc this guide is good. If you want to learn about the dynamic aspects of trial and how each part of the trial is part of that trial's "ecosystem" wherein each examination and the results of it influences the entire flow of the trial then this leaves a little to be desired.

Doesn't Perform

The same edition of this book will leave you with differing pages. I needed this book for a class I had in law school. I purchased it brand new. The professor would assign various portions of the books, it's broken down into little scenarios. Many of the books would be missing a scenario here and a scenario there. The fact that a brand new book doesn't have uniform material throughout is puzzling and disappointing.
