informative and simple to read

this casebrief gave me an insight to the case before I read the actual case. It helped to have some idea of what I was reading about first before approaching the case itself. This was easy to read and informative when you needed to get the gist of the case.

Great Value for what it is

I just started law school, and this is keyed to the previous edition of my Property law book, but so far, it's had most of the cases in it, so it's a good way to save $$ and still get some more context for case briefing.
