A good lawyer will make a good case based on the ...

I bought this book because I was the opposing expert witness in a construction claims suit in which Schwartzkopf was the expert for the construction company who had over billed the client hundreds of thousands of dollars and needed to justify their overcharges, which, they claimed, stemmed from owner-caused delay. I thought the book would illuminate how Mr. Schwartzkopf would calculate damages. It did not. In fact, Mr. Schwartzkopf didn't use anything in his own book to forward his own report which was at times
made up of supposition, assumptions and fabrications. Every single assertion Mr. Schwartzkopf made was rejected and the case was a 100% loss for his client. A good lawyer will make a good case based on the contract and easily available case law. You may well find this book a waste of money. After all, if Mr. Schwartzkopf couldn't use his own book to make a classic construction case, how would you?

Greatest Book Ever on Construction Damages

Before I read William Schwartzkopf's book, I had no idea on how to calculate construction damages. After reading I understood how to calculate construction damages efficiently, precisely and thoroughly. Schwartzkopf is really a pioneer in the area of construction law. I read many books about construction law but not one this good. William Schwartzkopf can be summed up by ine word: Genius
