Spendid resource for students in California non-ABA law schools!

Now I can't tell everyboby what to do in every situation but if you are in a law school ABA or non-ABA or are thinking about studying law and want an excellent outline for torts but don't want to spend the $30-$35 for the 2006 version of torts: law in a flash then go ahead and buy this 2001 used and out of print version of these torts cards which is more or less the same as the 2006 version but can easily be bought from various amazon sellers for 1/3 the money. These flash cards come in handy for when you are tired of reading text books. Good luck!

Very helpful when your professor isn't!

I learned almost the entire semester from these cards and did well in the class. They were funny and very easy to use, but you have to actually use them - over and over again. I would recommend having an outline or actually reading first, then use them as a supplement, but they are good as a replacement, if all else fails. They are a little limited in some of the areas that my prof spent a lot of time on, but some of the material in here she didn't cover at all, so it may be my class.
