A useful primer for understanding the leading cases

I first used Emanuel's outlines in law school and found them infinitely more helpful than the Socratic method in understanding the fundamental concepts. I recently purchased the updated version for background discussions for the times I guest lecture in criminal law classes. It is a good primer and aid in understanding the "big picture" of criminal procedure.

The book is useful because it lays out the blk letter laws of crimpro. Some of the book needs to be updated but for the most part it will be a good tool to use to study for exams. The product arrived on time. It has highlighting and writing throughout but I'm still satisfied since the price I paid was very fair.
